Meet William Dale
William Dale founded Dale Financial Group in 2023, but his journey in the mortgage industry began in 2008, during one of the toughest periods for real estate and finance in recent history. Over the years, he’s held roles across multiple mortgage companies—including processing, operations management, post-closing, and loan origination—gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of every step in the lending process.
When he’s not helping clients, William is all about family and community. He’s married with two daughters, a dog, and a betta fish, and you might catch him coaching his oldest daughter’s travel softball team. Outside of finance, William has a unique claim to fame: he’s earned a RIAA Platinum Album for his work in the music industry—proof that creativity and determination run in his veins.
